§ 37-67-201

37-67-201. Organization -- meetings -- seal. (1) The board shall hold at least two regular meetings each year. Special meetings must be held at the time that the rules of the board provide. Notice of all meetings must be given in the manner that the rules provide. (2) The board shall elect annually the following officers: a presiding officer, a vice presiding officer, and a secretary.
