§ 37-7-301

37-7-301. Unlawful practice. Except as provided in 37-7-307 through 37-7-309, it is unlawful for a person to: (1) engage in the practice of pharmacy unless licensed by the board; or (2) assist in the practice of pharmacy unless registered by the board as a pharmacy technician.
