37-9-306. Deposit of fees. Fees collected by the department under this chapter shall be deposited in the state special revenue fund for the use of the board, subject to 37-1-101(6). This fund may be used to pay the compensation and expenses of members of the board and other expenses necessary to administer this chapter. History: En. Sec. 6, Ch. 363, L. 1969; amd.
