§ 39-3-506

39-3-506. County attorney to file complaint in district court on belief of violation. If a county attorney believes after receiving information that the provisions of part 2 of this chapter or this part have been violated and that the violation was willful or that the financial condition of the employer endangers employees in receiving prompt payment or collection of wages, the county attorney shall file a complaint in district court.
