§ 39-51-2103

39-51-2103. Payment of benefits. (1) Benefits are payable from the fund to any individual who is or becomes unemployed and eligible for benefits as is herein prescribed. (2) All benefits shall be paid through public employment offices in the state or other agencies designated by the department in accordance with such rules as the department may prescribe.
