39-8-303. Practice without license -- investigation of complaint -- injunction. (1) The department shall investigate complaints concerning practice by an unlicensed person of activities for which a license is required under this chapter. (2) The department may file an action to enjoin a person from practicing without a license as a professional employer organization or group. History: En. Sec. 12, Ch. 344, L. 1995.
