§ 40-5-204

40-5-204. Cooperation by obligee. An obligee shall cooperate with the department in: (1) identifying and locating the obligor; (2) establishing the paternity of a child; (3) obtaining support or any other payments due the obligee and child; and (4) obtaining reimbursement for previously paid public assistance, if any.
