40-5-311. Remedy not exclusive. The remedy provided in this part for the collection of unpaid child support is not exclusive. This part provides a remedy in addition to all other remedies in law available to obligees of unpaid child support. History: En. Sec. 11, Ch. 171, L. 1981.
