40-7-316. Role of law enforcement. At the request of a prosecutor acting under 40-7-315, a law enforcement officer may take any lawful action reasonably necessary to locate a child or a party and to assist a prosecutor with responsibilities under 40-7-315. History: En. Sec. 40, Ch. 91, L. 1999.
