41-5-2011. Youth court intervention and prevention account -- statutory appropriation -- administration. (1) There is a youth court intervention and prevention account in the state special revenue fund. The office of court administrator shall deposit in the account the following funds: (a) unexpended funds from the judicial districts' annual allocations as provided for in 41-5-130; and (b) unexpended funds from the cost containment pool as provided for in 41-5-132. (2) The youth court intervention and prevention account is statutorily appropriated, as provided in 17-7-502, to the supreme court.
