44-11-310. Filing of agreement. Within 20 days after the final approval by the governing bodies of all parties to the agreement, an agreement made pursuant to this part must be filed in the office of: (1) each clerk and recorder of each county of this state where the principal office of one of the parties to the agreement is located; and (2) the secretary of state.
