44-4-112. County payment for special counsel services. Whenever the training coordinator acts as special counsel as provided in 44-4-111, the department of justice shall charge the county a reasonable hourly fee for the training coordinator's services. Upon receipt of payment for these services, the department shall deposit these funds into the state general fund. History: En. Sec. 3, Ch. 7, L. 1983.
