§ 45-9-105

45-9-105. Altering labels on dangerous drugs. (1) A person commits the offense of altering labels on dangerous drugs if the person affixes a false, forged, or altered label to or otherwise misrepresents a package or receptacle containing a dangerous drug, as defined in 50-32-101. (2) The offense of altering labels on dangerous drugs includes falsely labeling or otherwise misrepresenting marijuana or a marijuana product, as those terms are defined in 16-12-102, as hemp, as defined in 80-18-101.
