§ 46-23-305

46-23-305. When publication not necessary. No publication need be made as provided in 46-23-302, 46-23-303, and 46-23-304 in the following cases: (1) when there is imminent danger of the death of the person convicted or imprisoned; (2) when the term of imprisonment of the applicant is within 10 days of its expiration.
