46-4-105. Medical examiner state special revenue account. (1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund established by 17-2-102 to be known as the medical examiner account. (2) Fees for services rendered pursuant to 46-4-103 or other fees acquired by the medical examiner system must be deposited in the account.
