5-11-201. Journals -- how authenticated -- filing. The journal of the senate must be authenticated by the signature of the president and the journal of the house of representatives by the signature of the speaker. Each authenticated journal must be filed with the secretary of state. A copy of each authenticated journal must be filed with the legislative services division. History: En. Sec. 203, Pol.
