50-15-303. Certificates of dissolution of marriage or declaration of invalidity of marriage. Before the 10th day of each month, the clerk of the court shall prepare and forward to the department a certificate for each decree of dissolution of marriage or declaration of invalidity of marriage that became final during the preceding calendar month.
