50-15-406. Body brought into state for disposition. If a body is brought into the state for burial or other disposition accompanied by a permit, the local registrar shall endorse the permit and keep a record of it. History: En. Sec. 69, Ch. 197, L. 1967; R.C.M. 1947, 69-4429.
