50-17-101. Policy of state. It is the public policy of the state to: (1) protect persons from the danger of tuberculosis; (2) provide and maintain a comprehensive program for the prevention, abatement, and adequate control working toward eradication of the disease; (3) cooperate with other state agencies and the federal government in carrying out these objectives.
