§ 50-19-201

50-19-201. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Department' means the department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201. (2) 'Newborn' means an infant under 28 days of life. (3) 'Person' means an individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation, or other entity, whether organized for profit or not. History: En.
