50-5-208. Hearing required. (1) A license may not be denied, suspended, or revoked without notice and an opportunity for a hearing before the department. (2) Notice must be given the applicant or licensee of a date, not less than 15 days after mailing or service, for a hearing before the department. (3) The decision of the department is final 30 days after it is mailed or served unless the applicant or licensee commences an action in the district court to appeal the decision.
