50-5-611. Funding limitations. (1) Money appropriated for residency training is in addition to any other money appropriated for medical educational programs and may not supplant funds for existing medical educational programs. (2) No funds appropriated by the legislature to fund residency training may subsidize the cost incurred by patients. History: En. Sec. 4, Ch. 649, L. 1985.
