50-52-211. Right to renewal. (1) The department shall renew licenses as a matter of right, unless conditions exist that are grounds for cancellation or denial of a license. (2) Renewal may be obtained annually by paying the required annual license fee. History: En. Sec. 9, Ch. 350, L. 1997.
