50-57-206. License expiration -- nontransferability. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2), licenses expire on December 31 of the year in which they are issued unless canceled for cause. (2) If the board of review adopts a renewal date for licenses under this chapter, the licenses expire on the anniversary date established by rule by the board of review.
