50-6-324. Advisory committee. (1) The department may establish an advisory committee to assist in making determinations regarding: (a) a request for waiver of licensing requirements as provided in 50-6-325; (b) the resolution of a complaint as described in 50-6-323; and (c) issuance of an order authorized under this part.
