§ 50-71-202

50-71-202. Employer to provide and maintain safe place of employment. (1) An employer who is the owner or lessee of any real property in this state shall not construct or cause to be constructed or maintained any place of employment that is unsafe. (2) Every employer who is the owner of a place of employment or lessee thereof shall repair and maintain the same as to render it safe. History: En. Sec. 4, Ch. 341, L. 1969; R.C.M. 1947, 41-1711.
