53-20-601. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Center' means the intensive behavior center provided for in 53-20-602. (2) 'Department' means the department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201. (3) 'Developmental disability' has the meaning provided in 53-20-102. History: En.
