53-21-1207. Mental health services special revenue account. (1) There is a mental health services special revenue account within the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102. (2) The account consists of: (a) money transferred into the account; and (b) money appropriated by the legislature. (3) Money in the account must be used by the department to pay for services provided by behavioral health peer support specialists pursuant to 53-6-101. History: En. Sec. 1, Ch. 297, L. 2019; amd.
