53-6-189. Rulemaking authority. The department may adopt rules to implement 53-6-143, 53-6-144, 53-6-165 through 53-6-169, and 53-6-171 through 53-6-188. The rules must comply with applicable federal law in 42 U.S.C. 1396, et seq., as may be amended, and applicable implementing regulations and policies. History: En. Sec. 26, Ch. 492, L. 1995.
