60-11-110. Abandonment defined. For purposes of this part, 'abandonment' means the relinquishment of property, both real and personal, and the discontinuance of railroad services. Abandonment may be accomplished by voluntary act or by formal procedure. History: En. Sec. 1, Ch. 591, L. 1987.
