§ 60-5-101

60-5-101. Policy. The legislature declares it to be the policy of this state to facilitate the flow of traffic and promote public safety by controlling access to: (1) interstate highways; (2) throughways and intersections with throughways; (3) other commission-designated highway systems and state highways.
