60-5-509. Contract requirements. All contracts made between the department and a franchisee must provide for: (1) a requirement that the franchisee obtain liability insurance in an amount sufficient to jointly insure the state and the franchisee against all liability for claims for damages occurring wholly or in part because of the franchisee; and (2) the standards for the size, design, erection, and maintenance that were adopted under 60-5-503.
