61-2-207. Documents filed and notices given by equipment safety commission. Filing of documents as required by Article III(10) of the compact must be with the department. All notices required by commission bylaws to be given pursuant to Article III(10) of the compact must be given to the commissioner of this state and the commissioner's alternate. History: En.
