61-3-323. Definitions. As used in 61-3-323 through 61-3-325, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Domicile' means the county in which a motor vehicle is most frequently used, dispatched, or controlled. (2) 'Fleet' means motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, or pole trailers owned or leased by a person operating the motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, or pole trailers in this state in a quantity set by the department pursuant to 61-14-101.
