61-3-345. Motor vehicle computer system. The department shall maintain a statewide online computer system to be used to title and register motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, pole trailers, campers, motorboats, personal watercraft, sailboats, snowmobiles, and off-highway vehicles.
