61-9-515. Violations of provisions relating to fenders, splash aprons, or flaps -- penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of 61-9-407 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 or more than $25. History: En.
