67-1-308. Aeronautics operations account. (1) There is an aeronautics operations account in the state special revenue fund. Revenue from the aviation fuel tax must be deposited in the account to the credit of the department pursuant to 67-1-301(3)(a). (2) Money in the account must be used for the purpose of administering department functions pertaining to aeronautical powers and duties as provided in 67-2-101. History: En. Sec. 1, Ch. 455, L. 2019.
