§ 67-7-103

67-7-103. Definitions. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2)(b), the definitions in 67-1-101 apply to this chapter. (2) In this chapter, the following definitions also apply: (a) 'Airport affected area' means the land and space above the ground surface of an airport in the proximity of the airport, the use of which may be affected by the airport's existence, including the areas described in 14 CFR, part 77. (b) 'Governing body' means a city commission, town council, county commission, or the commissioners of a municipal or regional airport authority. History: En. Sec. 5, Ch. 300, L. 2005.
