67-7-304. Penalty. A person who violates the provisions of this chapter or the regulations adopted under 67-7-203 is subject to a civil penalty and a criminal penalty. The civil penalty is a fine of $100 for each day that the violation is not remedied after the governing body has given notification of the violation and held a hearing on the violation.
