69-3-1004. Administration -- rules. (1) The public service commission shall monitor the effectiveness of the low-income telephone assistance program and issue annual reports as provided in 69-3-1005. (2) The commission may adopt rules necessary to administer and implement the low-income telephone assistance program and to receive matching federal low-income telephone assistance. History: En.
