7-1-4148. Penalty. When a municipality is required by state law to provide information to a state agency and fails to provide the required information, the department of administration may issue an order stopping payment of any state financial aid to the municipality. Upon provision of the information, all financial aid that was stopped because of failure to provide the information must be paid to the municipality. History: En. Sec. 28, Ch. 455, L. 1979; amd.
