§ 7-11-203

7-11-203. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Commission' means an interlocal cooperation commission established pursuant to 7-11-204. (2) 'Principal city' means the city having the largest population in the county under consideration according to the latest federal decennial census.
