7-11-213. Conduct of business. (1) All meetings of the commission shall be open to the public. (2) A majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. (3) Each member shall have one vote. A favorable vote by a majority of the entire commission shall be necessary for any action permitted by 7-11-230, but other actions may be by a majority of those present and voting.
