7-12-2122. Term of office of multicounty district trustee. (1) The trustees appointed upon the creation of a district shall serve staggered terms of 1, 2, and 3 years. After the initial appointments, each trustee serves a term of 3 years. (2) A trustee holds office for the term of appointment or until a successor is appointed and qualified. History: En.
