7-12-4178. Hearing on resolution for tax levy. (1) At the time so fixed, the council shall meet and hear all such objections and for that purpose may adjourn from day to day. (2) The council may by resolution modify such assessment in whole or in part. A copy of such resolution, certified by the city clerk, must be delivered to the city treasurer within 2 days after its passage. History: En. Sec. 17, Ch. 89, L. 1913; re-en.
