7-13-115. Adequate records to be maintained. The records of the district pertaining to the collection of the operation and maintenance tax levied hereunder and the records of the district pertaining to expenditures for construction of the system shall be kept and maintained in the office of the treasurer of the county wherein the district is located. These records shall include but not be limited to a list of individual property which is delinquent in payment, together with the name of the owner or owners thereof. History: En.
