7-13-2225. Combination of elections. (1) The board of county commissioners in its discretion may combine in one election the election on the formation of the district, the election of directors, the election on incurring bonded indebtedness, and, if applicable, the vote on the proposed monthly salary for members of the board of directors so that the qualified electors of the district may vote on all of these matters on the same date and at the same time. (2) If the elections are combined, the notice of the election must contain the names of the candidates, the details concerning the bonded indebtedness as provided in 7-13-2321, and, if applicable, the proposed monthly salary for members of the board of directors as provided in 7-13-2273.
