7-13-2272. Duties of board president. (1) The president shall sign all contracts on behalf of the district and perform other duties as may be imposed by the board of directors. (2) The president may propose a monthly salary in excess of the amounts provided in 7-13-2273(2) for the members of the board of directors. The proposed monthly salary must be approved by the qualified electors in the district pursuant to 7-13-2273. History: En. Sec. 16, Ch. 242, L. 1957; amd.
