7-13-3023. Hearing on protest. (1) The time for the hearing on protest must be not less than 5 days after the final publication of the notice required by 7-13-126. (2) At the time fixed for the hearing, the governing body shall meet and hear all objections and for that purpose may adjourn from day to day. The governing body may by resolution modify the assessment in whole or in part. A copy of the resolution, certified by the clerk of the local government, must be delivered to the local government treasurer within 2 days after its passage. History: En.
