7-13-3028. Hearing and notice on tax levy for operation and maintenance. (1) Not less than 30 days prior to the date of making the levy for operation and maintenance of the system, the governing body shall hold a public hearing on the resolution. (2) Notice clearly setting forth the subject matter of the hearing must be given by the governing body by publication as provided in 7-1-2121. History: En. Sec. 26, Ch. 282, L. 1991; amd.
